I’ve been a son since 1946, a brother since 1948, a husband since 1970, a father since 1975, a civil engineer since 1977, a church musician since 1983, an aviator since 1989, an amateur radio operator since 2012, an Arizonan since 2013, an ex-pat of Alaska (21 years), and a freedom-loving American since I can’t remember when.  I’ve had fun the whole time.  My dream is to see an America where my kids and grandkids can enjoy that kind of freedom.  Our freedom seems to be in an increasingly precarious position.  I hope to have some small part through activities like this in restoring it to a more secure position.
